For the job of Greenhouse Supervisor, Greenhouse experience is a MUST. Experience supervising teams of workers is a MUST. This position will supervise and coordinate the activities of workers in a high technology greenhouse. Must be able to organize and plan work, check quality of work and coach to optimize work quality and efficiency. Must be flexible around work schedules to work long hours when necessary. Must be self motivated and be able to do the same tasks as the workers. Only candidates with valid permission to work in Canada will be considered.
